WickerWoodWorks is a company that offers handcrafted vinyl storage solutions made from solid wood. The company was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2015 and is now based in Portland, Oregon. Their goal is to provide affordable, innovative pieces that enhance living spaces and allow easy access to favorite records. WickerWoodWorks is committed to reinvesting in the community by sourcing most of their materials from local family-owned companies. Their pieces are constructed from mostly Pacific coast maple, a beautiful and sustainable hardwood that is only grown and milled in the Pacific Northwest. WickerWoodWorks offers two turntable stations, The Turntable Station and The Irving Turntable Station, both of which are made from solid wood and constructed 100% by hand in Portland, Oregon. The Turntable Station has an overall dimension of 32.5" wide x 16" deep x 31" tall (with 6" hairpin legs) and can hold 300+ 12" vinyl records. The Irving Turntable Station is larger and can hold 400+ 12" vinyl records. The Irving Turntable Station also has two flip bins on the top that make a great home for favorite records on heavy rotation or new arrivals fresh from the local shop. Both turntable stations arrive fully assembled, but legs come unattached. WickerWoodWorks uses mostly Northwest Sustainable Woods, a non-profit based in Portland, to obtain their wood. All wood is directly sourced from small, family-owned mills that harvest sustainably in Oregon. In addition, they use FSC-certified, formaldehyde-free maple plywood to minimize their impact on the environment.
