The entire brewery covers an area of 85,000 square feet, including beer production for clean beer and sour barrel-aged beer, administrative offices, beer halls, self-guided tours, and 2 acres of free parking. The increase in production capacity allowed them to sell more draft beer and bottled beer to the current market and opened up some new areas in California.
