Owner and founder of Kanen Coffee, LLC., Sam Kanenwisher since he was a child, has been putting things back together and taking them apart. He attended high school before working as an electronic technician for the United States Coast Guard for four years. On a Coast Guard cutter that spent most of its time in the Caribbean, he fixed radios, radars, and air traffic control systems. Sam wanted to acquire improved interpersonal skills after joining the Coast Guard. In 2006, he graduated from Augsburg University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree.
