When they returned, they made a continuous attempt. Night after night, they tested their new recipe for hot chicken. Before long, they started serving friends of friends, and then they ended up serving their first strangers (in a random parking lot, if you can be trusted). Just a few months after this trip, they opened a pop-up chicken window at Olde Towne East. Hot Chicken Takeover is also beginning to realize their vision of hiring men and women in need of supportive employment.
