The juice from the trees is collected by a plastic tube system and then transported to their new state-of-the-art sugar mill in Jefferson, where they are cooked into golden syrup. From there, a barrel of syrup is transported to the Lancaster factory, which is packed in bottles and jars and used to make maple syrup, cream and sugar. Fuller's Sugar House pure maple products are sold in their national stores and distributed to other retail locations. Every spring, they pick more than 18,000 maple trees, boil more than 365,000 gallons of maple sap, and produce 8,000 to 9,000 gallons of pure maple sap from their NH maple sap farm.
