Patrick purchased the adjacent structure in 1962 and expanded the hotel. Their Hotel is part of the Moriarty Group and is owned and operated by Luke Moriarty. At that time, the hotel was known as The Grand Hotel, and it remained that way until 1989, when a new owner took over. Since its opening in 2000, the hotel has grown steadily.
