Arcade Comedy Theater is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit drama organization located in the heart of Pittsburgh's cultural district, producing, introducing, and educating in comedy arts. Arcade Comedy Theater was established in 2013. It is the first non-profit theatre dedicated to comedy in Hong Kong. It aims to strengthen and enrich the community through the way of "everyone laughs". In 2017, the theater successfully expanded from a small storefront to a customized three-storey two-theater facility to provide new programs and classroom opportunities for more artists and audiences. There are 52 weekends of impromptu performances, stand-up comedies, sketches and other comedy forms in the theater every year. There is also a bimonthly impromptu performance for children. Impromptu performances, skits, and stand-up comedy classes of all ages and levels are performed by talented professional actors and comedians at the Arcade Academy.
